1 – Life insurance for 1x annual salary, 1x annual salary for accidental death. Disability insurance for 60% of income. All subject to plan provisions.
2 – As part of our Federally-Qualified Community Health Center benefits, residents are covered for services provided to FHC patients by Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) protection and are defended in any malpractice litigation by the U.S. Dept. of Justice.
3 – Notebook computer distributed at orientation for use throughout residency
4 – PGY1 CME has an allowance of $1,500, $1000 of which can be used for moving expenses.
Medical Care
For residents and family members, the clinic usually accepts final insurance payment as the total payment for medically necessary care.

NCTCHCC contributes 6% (3% Safe Harbor and 3% Profit Sharing) for each eligible Employee’s 401k plan after a one (1) year waiting period subject to the immediate enrollment period after the waiting period.
